Nice to meet you! I'm Shelley.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology. After working in a Long Term Care facility for a year, providing exercise programs for residents, I decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy. I have loved my career ever since!
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I strive to actively involve my patients/clients in their treatment and care. I assess and treat patient as a WHOLE. Sometimes the issue isn't in the tissue.
Through a combination of massage therapy techniques, listening to, educating and collaborating with patients, I have experienced great success in helping them reach their goals.

- Pelvic Pain - assessment, external manual care, and self care techniques (as within RMT scope of practise in Ontario)
- Kinesiotaping
- Dermoneuromodulation
- Visceral Manipulation
